Each Kodada bag is crafted with the highest quality full grain leather sourced in the United States. Each piece of leather has its distinctive natural markings; grain characteristics and color variants, and should not be thought of as imperfections but instead as giving a luxurious feel to every Kodada bag. Our goal is longevity and sustainability. Like fine wine over time your leather will acquire a patina and conform to your lifestyle — it gets better with age.

We do not believe in using toxic plastic materials such as polyvinyl chloride know as “PVC” and polyurethane know as “PU.” However, we are we looking into using eco-friendly “genuine” vegan leather such as pineapple or mushroom leather. We cannot guarantee when we will offer this new material but we are in the process of looking into it, so please check back with us in the near future!

Yes! Every single Kodada bag is extravagantly handcrafted to high standards. Crystal Kodada stands solidly behind her made in US product. To prove it, we offer a five-year warranty on all our products purchased from crystalkodada.com, and Crystal Kodada pop-up shops. We understand things happen and nothing is perfect. It’s our pleasure to take care of any complimentary repairs over the course of your 5-year warranty period from the time of purchase on the following: hardware, zippers, seaming/stitching and construction irregularities. Please kindly note that our repair warranty does not cover loss, stolen, general wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, misuse or mishandling. Refer to our product care page for further instructions on how to ensure the long-lasting enjoyment of your Kodada bag. If you would like to submit a repair request, please email us at customerservice@crystalkodada.com with a photo of the damage and your order number or proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, our customer concierge will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions. Our estimated turn-around time for repairs is typically 4-6 weeks depending on the severity. We appreciate your patience.

If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please send an email with your order number as soon as possible to customerservice@crystalkodada.com, and our customer concierge will contact you within 48 hours. Once you place an order, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Yes, you should receive an order confirmation email right away. To avoid confirmation emails from Crystal Kodada getting delivered to your junk email folder, please ensure that customerservice@crystalkodada.com is indicated as safe. If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.

We are pleased to offer free US ground shipping via USPS. All our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time you place your order. If you would like to expedite your order, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS next day Air at the time of checkout. We calculate the price at checkout based on your order’s size and weight. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to p.o. boxes at this time.

We ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Once we send your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information where you can track your package.

Delivery times are approximate, and Crystal Kodada cannot be held responsible for carrier delays during busy periods, or other unexpected circumstances, which may delay delivery. We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. However, please kindly note once delivery is made, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend that you track your package accordingly to ensure safe delivery.

We offer a free 14-day exchange policy from the time of purchase. If you choose to exchange your purchase for a different color or style, we are more than happy to assist you. All exchanged items must be in the same condition as they were received. Please note that an exchange is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Please note we do not accept exchanges past 14 days from the time of purchase. If you are eligible for an exchange, please email us at customerservice@crystalkodada.com. Once we receive your request, our customer concierge will contact you within two business days with further instructions.

The truth is we very rarely get returns, but we’re not satisfied until you are. We offer a 7-day return policy from the time you receive your purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Please note we do not accept returns past 7-days from the delivery date. To arrange a return, please contact customerservice@crystalkodada.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for shipping the returned product (s), including covering the cost of the return shipment. Crystal Kodada cannot be held responsible or liable if the returned merchandise is lost or misdirected in transit or delivered late. We therefore strongly advise that you use an insured and tracked shipping service. Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid to begin with for the product(s), within a maximum period of 10 business days of Crystal Kodada receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Crystal Kodada cannot guarantee the time that a refund will take to show on your account as refund speed is controlled by the card issuer.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer custom orders. Every production run is one-of-a-kind. We only produce limited quantities. No bag is the same because we feel each one of our customers is authentic so why not design a bag that reflects that?

Crystal Kodada creates at least two new styles a year. As our business keeps growing so will our design collection! Thanks to our loyal customers for supporting us and spreading the word about our brand! We are creating many new designs just for you! Don’t panic; due to our high demand and limited quantities, our Kodada bags sell out fast!
